Michelle Cornelius LMSW and EdM
I have spent the last 20 years of my professional career dedicated to improving the lives of others. With a diverse background in social work, corporate training, and leadership roles such as Executive Director and COO, I have gained valuable experience working with a variety of populations.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and locations at the same time. In my previous roles as Vice President of Memory Care and project specialist, I successfully supported and led teams of up to 125 staff members. This has allowed me to develop strong organizational and communication skills, which are crucial for any successful business.
When I first entered the field of social work, I knew that I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. Little did I know that two decades later, I would have the privilege of doing just that on a daily basis. As a corporate trainer and public speaker I have been able to utilize my skills to effectively reach and connect with diverse communities, build leaders and teams, and help build programs.
Two of my favorite roles throughout my career have been that of Director of Memory Care Programs and Vice President of Memory Care. These positions have given me the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families, helping them navigate through difficult situations and connect them with the resources they need and to build the teams that support them.
I am constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. My experience in various roles and with different populations has only strengthened my passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the world. I am confident that my skills and experiences make me a highly capable and driven individual, ready to take on any challenge that comes my way.
