Operations Specialist / Interim Assisted Living Director
If you are between Directors in your day program, independent living, or retirement community, we can provide interim assistance. If you need someone licensed as an AZ licensed assisted living manager we have staff who can serve temporarily.

Training- Staff training sets the expectations and culture of the company and offers opportunity to develop their skills and support their professional growth. Training programs are only as good as the person implementing them, therefore any program includes a train-the-trainer component.
- New hire orientation- We can modify and grow your current orientation program or write you a new one from scratch.
- Monthly CEU- Choose from a CEU created by us or we can write one on of the topic of your choice. Ranging from 10 minutes to 1.5 hours this is the opportunity to help your staff learn and grow and to meet regulatory requirements.
- Staff skills training- If you are implementing a new program, have specialized care that needs attention, or have a topic that requires more than a CEU we can work with your team to develop the training program they need.
